iPhone 3G is out and it is time to upgrade.
Drove to Palo Alto Apple store at 9:40am Sunday morning 7/27, the store is open! even though the listed hours open at 11am.
There is no line when I walked in. Quickly I decided to buy 16GB model using the $300 gift card from Tai. One small sidetrack was the corporate discount on my current AT&T service locked me out so I have to make a call to remove it first. Eric is handling my sales and check out is done around 10am. Here are some pictures of new and old iPhones.

A few days after this purchase, the old phone was sold for $305 on ebay to someone in Argentina.
