Day 8: Arrive Portland

I stayed in a motel in Umitila that is a small fishing town in the border of Washington and Oregon. I left in the morning, heading west towards Portland for Lunch. The road is following the Columnbia river. On my way, I stopped at the Hood River that is the famous location for windsurfing. It was cold and rainy. I only saw one car with board on the top and waiting for weather to get better.

I stayed in Portland for 2 days before I left for California.
